Banksy Tags Up Hollywood
A billboard company just ripped down a Sunset Blvd. sign that had been tagged by Academy Award nominee Banksy — just a few short days after the legendary graffiti artist touched it up in the first place.
The Mickey Mouse inspired artwork — which mysteriously appeared a few days ago — was just taken down … but no one at the scene will tell us why.
We’re told employees at the gas station directly below the billboard offered to pay $10,000 for the artwork — but the billboard company refused.

Man, am I glad to have the mothership back out the shop and tearing up the streets again! Oh Snewtonina, how I missed thee! The sheer magnitude of our return has upset mother nature and caused her to act out with full rage and fury and unleash this treacherous clusterfuck of a snowstorm upon us. Since this peril was undoubtedly caused by our luminous dopeness, I was inspired to capture the moment in a new digital masterpiece entitled, “Damn This Punk A$$ Windy City Snowstorm!” The scene is an extremely candid snapshot of my adventurous epic journey home from school this afternoon…. maybe some of you can relate!
